Membership Fees
Fees can be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually.
Each additional child included in the membership will be $60 per month.
Newborn Package
Unlimited care for the first four months of life IN YOUR HOME.
All Services Delivered:
In Home – $1,400 ($350 monthly for four months)
In Office – $660 ($165 monthly for four months)

This includes a hospital or home visit at birth, unlimited questions, breastfeeding assistance, weight checks, and visits at 1 week, 1 month and 2 months along with vaccines administered in your home. Procedure Fees
For specific procedures, there may be an additional charge for non-members.
When it comes to ear piercing, Dr. Sinclair uses a sterile medical device and is able to pierce both ears simultaneously! Your child will be able to choose from multiple sterile medical-grade titanium or plastic earrings at the time of service, which are included in the price.

ADHD Evaluations
Does your child need an assessment for ADHD but is stuck on a waitlist? We provide ADHD evaluations and can start treatment quickly. We provide guidance and explanations on treatment options and medications to support effective management. Once things are stabilized (usually about 3-4 months), you can ask your pediatrician to continue prescribing.
Travel Medicine Consultations
Our consultations provide guidance on required vaccines for international travel. We also recommend medications for extended trips or remote locations and offer essential travel kits with commonly needed prescriptions and first aid items.
Vaccine Education & Guidance
Our vaccine education & guidance service offers expert advice on vaccine options without judgement. We provide science-backed answers on safety, ingredients, and potential risks to help you make informed decisions for your children.
